"PURPLE SAMBA" by Kyle Herrick
¾ oz Dimmi Liquore di Milano
¾ oz Leblon Cachaca
1 oz fresh lime juice
(cut lime in ½, leave in glass, muddle,
squeeze in the other ½)
½ oz simple syrup, 2 oz hibiscus tea
(1 cup hibiscus blossom, ¾ oz water, bring to boil,
steep ½ hr, strain, in fridge to cool)
Serve in a bucket glass, on the rocks, garnish with lime wheel
