"HERBAL SOUR" by Lateefah Curtis

2 oz Dimmi Liquore di Milano
Rosemary, thyme, simple sugar brewed and cooled
(Bring 1 cup of white fine sugar, 2 cups of water, handful of thyme and rosemary to a boil, let simmer 12 minutes, cool in fridge)
Strain then add a citrus mix
(Create a citrus mix of 2 fresh grapefruit, 6 lemons, and 4 limes)

Mix all over ice, shake and serve over ice in a medium glass
Garnish with a sprig of thyme, add splash of soda and a dash of Angostura bitters
