1 1/2 oz Bols Genever
1/2 oz Dimmi Liquore di Milano
1/2 oz Combier
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 dashes of Jerry Thomas bitters
Sugar the rim of a port glass
Garnish with a whole lemon rind

Shake and strain into port glass

"I created the Namesake on a spin of the Gin Crusta. Using Bols Genever a very light and aromatic gin, I paired it with the also very aromatic Dimmi and Combier. I think all 3 ingredients play off of each other, that you get a very aromatic light cocktail with a little bit of citrus to balance the sweetness of the Combier and Dimmi."
