Dimmi Infusions

DIMMI ("tell me") is used frequently between friends in Italy, especially on the telephone. People ask Stefano Turrini, founder of DIMMI, "tell me about your spirit" ... thus the selection of the brand name.

DIMMI ... Bartenders are enjoying the unique, subtle, complex flavors brought forth by the infusions in Dimmi and their customers are delighted. Stefano's friends, the Sperone brothers of Milan, begin with an organic winter wheat spirit which is blended with a small "kiss" of Nebbiolo grappa. Over a six month period, a 1930's era recipe of herbs and bitters influenced primarily by assenzio gentile (Italian absinthe) including nuances of liquorice, vanilla, rhubarb, ginseng and bitter orange is slowly infused into Dimmi. A modern day, light floral infusion of peach and apricot blossoms complements the final spirit.
